Client Satisfaction is Booming at BoomTown with a Net Promoter Score of 82! [Infographic]

The Net Promoter® Scoring system is a benchmark for measuring client satisfaction used by industry leaders like Zappos, Apple and Amazon to stay dialed in to the needs and concerns of their customers. BoomTown conducted our first Net Promoter® survey in the 4th quarter of 2011 and received a score of 74, an impressive 44 points higher than the consumer software industry standard of 30. With these results, our team started 2012 fired up about our commitment to staying client centric!

We are thrilled to announce our 1st quarter 2012 Net Promoter® score of 82! Thanks to the hard work and commitment of our BoomTown team, we saw an 8% improvement. A huge thank you to our entire BoomTown family of clients for their support and feedback.

    Those folks would not be happy if they won the lottery -oh, they did with BT and didn’t even know it!!
